What we watch, and what we do about it
Monitoring on its own changes nothing. It is worth having because of what follows the alert. The same applies to photovoltaics, battery storage and charging stations.
Live performance
Output, consumption, battery state of charge and inverter status in one dashboard, from a phone or a desk. You see the same data we do.
Deviation alerts
When a string underperforms, an inverter faults or a battery stops cycling as it should, the system flags it. Usually before anyone on site has noticed a thing.
Reporting
Monthly and annual figures on production, self-consumption and savings. Useful for your accounts, and for checking the plant still does what the feasibility study said it would.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled inspection of the array, mounting, cabling, inverters and battery, plus cleaning where soiling is measurably costing output. Booked in advance so it does not interrupt operations.
Fault response
When something fails we come out, and we replace defective parts one for one rather than leaving you on a partial system while a warranty claim is processed.
Technical support
You call the technicians who built your system. They hold the drawings, the commissioning data and every change since, so you are not explaining the site from scratch.
We only service what we built
Service and maintenance are available on systems our own team installed. The reason is practical: the technician who answers the call already has the drawings, the commissioning data and every change made since, which is what lets us fix things rather than diagnose them from scratch.
Where this matters most
Two sites where the numbers only hold as long as the system keeps performing.
Research station, Gabčíkovo
Switchover under 10 ms
125 kW of photovoltaics and 1,305 kWh of storage for a National Forest Centre site. A backup that has to work on the day it is needed is a backup worth watching every other day.
A farm in Žarnov
45% → 80% self-supply
60 kW of photovoltaics with 120 kWh of storage. Eighty per cent self-supply is a figure that holds only while every string and every cycle keeps doing its job.
Why with us?
Turnkey solution
We do not bolt together a catalogue of parts. We design the system around your site, build it, commission it, and walk you through every detail before we hand it over.
Just technicians
We employ no salespeople. The technician who assesses your site is the one who designs and builds it, and the one you can call afterwards.
Verified suppliers
We only use components we fully trust and have rigorously tested, partnering exclusively with reputable brands.
Great service
Call us day or night. We resolve issues immediately, replace defective parts one-for-one, and provide manufacturer-backed support.
You often ask
Output per string, inverter status, site consumption, and battery state of charge and cycling, for photovoltaic plants and battery systems alike. The same dashboard we use is open to you.
Preventive maintenance runs to a schedule agreed with you and booked in advance, so it does not interrupt operations. Reactive service happens whenever something fails, schedule or no schedule.
The alert usually reaches us before anyone on site notices. Our teams respond immediately, and we replace defective parts one for one rather than leaving you on a partial system while a warranty claim is processed.
Service agreements cover systems our own team installed. A fast fix depends on already knowing the site, and on a plant we did not build we would be diagnosing from scratch. If you have a system built by someone else, we can still assess it and tell you what state it is in.
You can, from a phone or a desk, in the same dashboard we use. Nothing about your plant’s performance is visible only to us.
Monthly and annual reports on production, self-consumption and savings, which let you check the plant against the figures in the original feasibility study.
