The paperwork that decides whether your project happens

Between the decision to build and the first panel on the roof sit drawings, a structural assessment, a fire-safety design, a building authority and a distribution operator. We prepare all of it and carry it through, so the installation starts on a permit that holds.

Documentation drawn to what the building authority actually asks for

Structural and fire-safety assessments done before the roof is loaded

Connection contract and reserved capacity agreed with the distributor

What we prepare, and what each part is for

Building survey

We check the roof covering, the load-bearing structure, the switchboard and the existing wiring against the system you want to install, and against the building’s own documentation.

Project documentation

Technical drawings and written documentation in the form the building authority expects, so the file is accepted rather than returned for completion.

Building permit

We file the application, answer the authority’s queries and follow it through to a decision. You sign; we do the correspondence.

Connection contract

We agree the connection and the reserved capacity with the distribution operator. This is the step that most often decides how large a system you are allowed to build.

Structural assessment

A structural engineer confirms the roof or the ground structure can carry the array, including snow and wind loading, and names anything that has to be reinforced first.

Priced bill of quantities

A priced breakdown rather than a single number, so you can see what each part of the system costs and what changes if you scale it up or down.

Fire safety design

A fire-safety solution designed to the applicable standards, covering safe shutdown of the array and access for the fire service.

Subsidy application

We match the project to the grant scheme that fits it and prepare the application, built into the documentation from the start rather than bolted on afterwards.

Projects that went through this file

Each one started with drawings, a structural assessment and a connection contract.

Wagon Slovakia Košice

71.4 kWp and 229 kWh

Photovoltaics with 100 kW / 229 kWh of storage for a rail catering operator with more than 250 staff.

Research station, Gabčíkovo

125 kW and 1,305 kWh

A National Forest Centre site where a grid failure must not interrupt the measurements, so the backup design drove the whole file.

Why with us?

Turnkey solution

We do not bolt together a catalogue of parts. We design the system around your site, build it, commission it, and walk you through every detail before we hand it over.

Just technicians

We employ no salespeople. The technician who assesses your site is the one who designs and builds it, and the one you can call afterwards.

Verified suppliers

We only use components we fully trust and have rigorously tested, partnering exclusively with reputable brands.

Great service

Call us day or night. We resolve issues immediately, replace defective parts one-for-one, and provide manufacturer-backed support.

Most of this project can be part-funded

We have secured a grant for 99% of the applications we have submitted. It is worth knowing which scheme fits before the drawings are finished, because it changes what has to be in them.

Cooperation procedure

Proces zakázky

1.

Non-binding inquiry

Fill in the contact form or contact us by e-mail/phone. We are interested in your basic idea and consumption or building data.

2.

Consultation

A technician visits the site, and together we settle what is to be built, where it goes and what the building can take.

3.

Project preparation

Our specialists will create detailed drawings and prepare all necessary documentation for building permits and other administrative steps.

4.

Permits and connection

We file with the building authority, answer its queries, and agree the connection and reserved capacity with the distribution operator.

5.

File handed over

You receive the complete set: drawings, structural and fire-safety assessments, the priced bill of quantities, the decision and the connection contract. Installation can start on it.

You often ask

It depends on the size of the system, where it sits and what the building is used for. We establish which route applies to your project before anything is drawn, because it changes both the documentation and the timeline.

Then the system is designed around the capacity you can actually get, and you hear what that costs you in output before you commit. Negotiating the connection is part of the work, not an afterthought.

A structural engineer. The assessment covers the array together with snow and wind loading, and it names anything that has to be reinforced before installation.

Yes. Send us what exists and we will tell you what is usable, what has to be redone, and where the file is most likely to fail.

Yes, and it is better that way. Grant schemes have documentation requirements of their own, and building them in from the start avoids redrawing later. See subsidies for companies.

A complete file: drawings, structural and fire-safety assessments, a priced bill of quantities, the building authority decision and the connection contract. Enough to start implementation.
